Social Media Club Mixer: Venue Announced
The venue for this Thursday's (20th Nov) Social Media Club London meetup will be the Glassblower (1st floor lounge), Glasshouse Street, Piccadilly from 18.30 onwards.
It's quite central, so should be good for most people to get to. The Glassblower lounge has quite a relaxed atmosphere - perfect for those of you wishing to wind down over a pint and conversation about social media.

I was wondering if I've joined the right club. I put my interests down as :
Interested in meeting people with similar interests: media (TV, newspapers etc), comms, body language, etc for interesting and possibly analytical/sometimes philosophical discussions on trends etc.
Can you please let me know of others with like interests in the socialmediaclub, or info of another club that might suit.

I'm interested in projects which need that critical mass to succeed. They might be quite small, but they need a change from fragmented to connected to succeed. The metaphor of the dam that Paul Imre thought up.
Or alternatively, what suddenly becomes very easy when we are connected. The underground would be a better metaphor but put a boat with an outboard motor on a dam or think irrigation or hydro. Suddenly we have infrastrucuture that means we can work as consumers not investors.
Hope to add value somehow.
